Ok... proof that you shouldn't smoke... When you get high off of that and then drive you run the risk of running people over... in 2003 a girl was walking down the sidewalk when a high driver hit her at 10 MPH. You think I am joking? When you kill a person while high you will be haunted... I have taken the liberty of finding this so called "Waldo" for you.

Said it before and I'll say it again: Drunk drivers kill people, high drivers just miss their exits.

Either way, it's just a bad idea to both. I really wouldn't want to be pulled over doing one over the other. It's also the type of person who drives. You see drunk drivers on the road that go soooo sloooow, and then hear about others that were going 110 mph and hit a tree and then died.
