just buy a case and take the sides off, it will look heaps better and will be safer.

i know barely anything about computers, but i suggest you get a box to put it in lol. i'm guessing the chords would get tangled very easily and tangled chords are annoying D:

That is the one I built over the summer. Nothing really much, but it can play Crysis on medium settings w/o lag, that's good enough for me

Also you know you can get better cooling with a case by someone like thermaltake than you can with just laying the parts on the ground...
With your set up like that, you are only cooling with ambient air from the room, but with a case you are moving the air a lot more, which is the air being used to cool the parts

You should put the Mobo on your carpet like that, it may cause static to some of the more sensitive components of your computer.

Also the cooling would be terrible as cooling works off the basis of having a small space in which to condition.

LOL so many people told me that yet me comp is running 30 degrees cooler. Static hehehe anti static dress spray on the bottom. Also I multi box 3 chars at once on it.

Also from running cooler i get less loading time for some odd reason. <--did not make that up.


And if my comp sparks it just instantly trips my rooms breaker so it wont burn my house down. I put a switch on the power feed that overloads the circuit and trips the breaker outside if my comp shorts out (sparks).

Basically i have the the minimum parts need to run a computer. The power source, the hard drive, an the motherboard (intact). Ever cord is already sorted by the manufacturer and they are all coming out of the power source besides 1 hard drive hookup and how i turn it on by touching the red and white wires together. (No shock)

lol i paid 350 for this comp and all i did was put a 300 gforce and 2 gigs and i can run 3 wows
