Graphic card problems :(

OK, ive got a ATI Radeon x1600 driver, and displays this error message twise when I turn the computer on (Once I can see the desktop icons)


This error has been happening for ages, starting to get really annoyed can't play games anymore or the computer.
Description of problem: On start-up has a white screen with the some writing and then starts up, then once computer is fully on gives that error message.
Made sure the Video card is slotted in correctly, but there's another problem, it wont run in the in graphic card slot on the back of the computer (blue input slot) has a message saying no video input, so I have to put the cord in the Motherboard slot instead. All other drivers work except video card. Any suggestions? Will give rep to all people that help me out.

If you are using the drivers off the disk have you tried downloading drivers off the ATi or Radeon website

Drivers from the disk and Microsoft website tend to be insanely out of date

Yup, i've downloaded the newer drivers just get errors.
