{Question} About Keylogging

Ok, so thanks to marlo <3 I have a working keylogger that imo is ownage. The question is, how illigal is it when i dispurse this program among the masses?

I.E. I go onto a website, Upload it calling it a In-Game Hack, You download it, I steal your information, I get caught, What are my charges? Also can i get caught? Please Help! +Rep to the first legit answer!

the chances of you actually getting in trouble are slim as it is done many times on the internet. Even if u did get caught they would have to trace everything back to you which not many people would do. and in the off chance it reaches someone important which i doubt, then there might be trouble. thats just what i think

Keyloggers Are 100% illigal. Although the chances of getting Caught are slim to 0. But Theres not one single "Charge" That would Happen if you Got Caught, Wide Range From "Pay a Fine" To jail Time, Hope i helped
