Unblock Blocked Password

This picture was taken from my laptop because I have the password
saved onto the laptop wireless.

The problem is that I forgot my damn Network Key Password. . .

I just recently got my new phone and it's a PCC
I need to know the network key to access wireless for my phone
but I don't know my Network Key!!!

Is there a program or a way to unblock the blocked out password from my laptop
so I can see what my password is instead of it because DOTS!?
