New Window Theme

Hello mmowned i have found something intrestin theme for window. It is like vista but baby blue color:

The Cursor looks like this:


How you do the theme is this:

1. open the file and click on the XPLIVE.
2. and click okay since it will change by itself

How you change the cursor:

1. Go to control panel.
2. If you have classic view then go to mouse
*if you don't have classic view then go to hardware and others*
3. Click browse and then click on the buster and it will change

Oh no. That not mine xD that is what was in the example. It will look like the toolbar and stuff but the font will still be in english
