    can someone help me out plz

    im trying to download something from Rapidshare and it keeps giving me that security question where i have to type the symbols attached to the cats, but the porblem is theres always more than 4 symbols andthe box im typing in only allows room for 4 symbols.
    Am i doing something wrong?
