How to get my Paypal account vertified

Go down to a newsagency and buy a prepaid credit card. Some banks might sell them too. Probably your easiest and most anonymous option.

I've added a visa gift card to my paypal, but it still says unverified. Am I supposed to do something else after adding the gift card?

EDIT: Well I'm not verified, but I do have a $2000 sending limit and a $500 receiving limit now.

Not all countries of Paypal can be verified with a credit card. I'm assuming you have a Canadian Paypal. And you need a bank account to verify it, they aren't unaware that people have chosen Canadian paypal to commit fraud with. And if you are going to verify it then it doesn't matter which paypal it is. Just find one that can be verified with a credit card.
