Vista problem?

Well I have a vista problem and it won't let me extract certain files, such as WPEspy.dll. WPE and Setpriv.dll extract perfect, but wpespy.dll will not. I don't know what to do. I want to get WPE so I can keep "doing what I do", but my new computer won't let me.. Anyone with the same problem, or someone that knows what and how to fix it?

what error do you get? might be your anti'virus or windows defender not liking WPE :P
