What do you mean by your own homepage? Like setting a website to your homepage? Or just making a website and setting your homepage to that?

aaaaa. Ok. First you need a free Webspace... there are a lot of them, everywhere.. just google... then you need a short url... like "omg.com.fre" I just know where to get german ones, so google too... then you create your Website by coding it in HTML... or you use a Software like "Frontpage" from microsoft... or the free "Nvu"... then you upload your website to your Webspace with a FTP-Software (There are some free too).... then you link the webspace to your shorturl and you're done
