How to make a movie from what u see on your monitor?

I would like to make a movie and put it on youtube but dont know what programs saves what u see on your monitor and makes a movie. If anyone know can u pls tell me

Thanks But just as soon is a made movie and wanted to put it on youtube my phishing site got banned/locked/deleted/suspended. It wasn't up for more then 4 hours

So does any1 know any good site that offer domain's for free> My phishing site was on xxxxxxxxxx.co.nr site

And i put one on xxxxxxxx.tk site, that one is still up but i dont know how to access information. does it have to be: example logs.html or logs.txt on that one?

Any help would be nice since all the US accounts i get will be given away coz i dont have any use for them ( i play on EU ).

i use camtasia, i should get back into fraps though. gamecam was also good.
