In Every Computer There Is A Program Called Shutdown.exe located in System32 folder


Well...i have come accross using this file to my own advantage..meaning using it to scare others by making a Fake Crash Message...
here Is How To Do it!


On your Desktop, Right Click New>ShortCut
a Box Like The One Below Should Pop Up



Where It Says "Type The Location Of The Item"
type in The Following


shutdown.exe /r /t 30 /c "Comment"
*Where it says "30" that number can be anything from 0-600, that number is how many seconds they have till the computer shuts down*
"/r" means Restart /t means time /c means comments
There will be a list at the bottom telling what commands are what


It Should Look Like This


Now Click Next And Give it a name like below
*it can be named anything u want*



When you Click Finish, Right Click The New Short Cut You Made
Select Properties, Then Go To CHANGE ICON and select any icon you desire


When Done with Icon It Should Look Like This



When you Have That Do The Following
Click Start>RUN Type In CMD and Hit Enter
CMD will open Type in shutdown /a
DONT HIT ENTER!
Double Click The Program and this is how it will happen IF U TYPED A COMMENT if you didnt and just left it as "comment" it will say comment

Now go back to CMD where you typed shutdown /a
and hit enter, it will be ABORTED and nothing will happen


Thats How You Prank Someone!
Go ahead and Make Some Fake DLL files With NotePad and put it all in a folder and make it look like a real program or game or what ever you want!


To experiment with other Codes Open CMD agian type Shutdown hit enter and a bunch of stuff will come up telling you different Protcals!

/e document the reason for an unexpected shutdown of a computer
/m \\computer specify the target computer
/t xxx set time-out period for shutdown to xxx seconds
/c "comment" comment the reason for shutdown
/f force all aplications to close without forcewarning the user
/d [P|U :] xx:yy provide the reason for restart or shutdown
P indicates the restart or shutdown was planned
U indicates the reason is user defined
if niether P or U is specified the restart or shutdown is unplanned
