Here's a random one I found from a few years back in AQ40.

There good screenies mate, But you need to enhance them. Adjust Saturation levels etc.. midtones and shadows to bring the Picture alive.

HDV Toning is a great way of doing so too. (Mulitple Layers)

As for enhancing, im not one for doing that...i just take the screenshots and upload them. Someone else can do all the enhancing if they so desire.
