personally i really cant see what youve done, sorry to sound harsh but it literally looks like a render on a gradient grey background, then bordered.
i can see some effects around the gun aimer and shading on ratchet but it just looks a bit plain.
try introducing a light source (perhaps like shooting from the gun), add some c4d for depth to the background and add more shading on the right of the sig if you are going to use the idea of light from the gun.
the text fits well wit the sig but other than that i thinks its just a bit basic atm

I dont like it, only looks liek you made "Filter > Render > Clouds" and then duplicate render and smudge it alittle and then colour it with Ctrl-U. 4/10

theres not really a focal
add a lightsource, read some tuts and try more mate.

yeah it doesnt look well, the render is what i mostly worked on, no i didnt use clouds, its radial and gaussian blur, not my best, it was just a try lol
