Ok, well this tutorial teaches you how to make you text blink like this final result-
Ok , to start off with you must have your signature ready and your text ready. Mine looks like this-
First you must have your Animation Window out. If you don't go to Windows/Animations. You must make three copies of it. you hit the little button at the bottom of the window.
Next you go to your Layer window and find the layer with your text. Do you see the little eye next to it? Hit it, you will see your text go away.
Then go to your Animations window and go to the middle one. Go back to the Text Layer and hit the box so the eye appears.
Now click the first box in your Animation window and then go up tell you see the little Arrow in the top right corner. Go up tell you hit Tween. A box will come up and you can enter 5-10 layers in there.
You'll see a bunch of Boxes come up in your Animation window, Thats Fine! Thats whats its supposed to do. Now go to the 2nd to last Box on the list. This one should be the one where the text is the most seeable. Now go to Tween and do the same thing as you did before. Now go to your your First box and hit the Play button. It should show the Text go in and out. To save: There is a difference for CS3 and CS1/CS2 Users for this. CS3, just go to the top and go to File -> Save for Web and Devices and it should save. CS2/CS1 Users, go to ImageReady and go up to the top and go to File->Save Optimized and save it as a .gif. When you try to open the Image with a program that opens images (Well most of them) it won't show the Animation. thats why you go to photobucket.com and make an account and then upload it and it should work.
