how to make orbs- beginners

in alot of my sigs I have "orbs"


the balls in that sig are orbs and im here to teach you how to make them

1.first make your sig duh! get a soft brush (preff 21) and put a few on the sig and then go to a lower brush like 17 and repeat till you are about at 9
2. go to blending options and outterglow!

Easy enough, but the ways you use the orbs is strange to me, I dont get why you add them in some of your images.

for some it brings some flow to it but i just like em

PS: the orbs im the sig i used isent that good example but dident want to make a new sig cause it was late
