Looking for somebody who's good at photo editing to remove something out of a photo.

Hello!

I am hoping I could find somebody who's fairly good (or even decent) at editing photos.

I have a friend who's grandfather just died and they are making a slideshow with a bunch of old pictures.

Her mother wants to include a picture that the grandmother likes in the slideshow. Unfortunately the mother used whiteout and permanent market to scratch out basically an old ex-boyfriend of hers back when she was still young.

Basically what I'm looking for is for somebody to edit out the whited out/sharpied on person in the picture if that'd be at all possible.
