well the redner is not very good, if you did it by hand, feather the selection by .2 pixels, it will make the edge look more realistic. the background looks like a pile of vomit/fecal matter (not insultingly, but literally) also, it doesnt go very well with the render. those red lines are very distracting, and kind of annoying, get rid of them. study "the rule of thirds" look it up. you will surprised how much more interesting ur sigs will be follow if u follow this method. also, give the render something to make it pop out from the background, like a stroke or outer glow for instance.

this one is much better, although i still dont like the text placement, or the font. but font is more of an opinion than anything.

hahah ironic,,,,i found tht exact thing but it seems not much explanative ill re-read see what i get out of it =P
and that render was a bit annoying to cut as the BG was green,,,,itself so......reaally hard to see if you got everything rendered right
