Meh. Wanted to give signature making another try, haven't made one in over a year now. Lemme know what you think.

This is really cool, in my opinion. I always wanted to learn how to "vexel". I can't even imagine how people create portraits of people with vexeling, haha! Keep it up!

Smudge tool is cheating
If the text was partially custom it would look even better

I like the idea but as a main focus the text is really lacking. I'm not sure what you'd really do, 3D wouldn't work as it'd off-balance everything else... I just feel that with the complexity of the rest the text really brings the whole signature down. I like that you used some depth of field, but it seems that you forgot to blur the top left and in effect that is drawing attention for me, regardless of its size or location.

I like it a lot though and with some work this could've made a really cool panorama Well done!

It just has to click one day, keep playing with the pen tool. You'll get it eventually.

I tried to blur that top left one, but i didn't want to over-do it because I wanted to make it seem closer than all of the other ones, I see what you mean though. & For the text, what I originally had in mind was to make a tri-colored pen tool line go through the each of the letters and end up coming out of the bottom of the Y as an underline



Sort of like that. Will work on it when I get home tonight though, have to go to work.

I understand why you didn't blur it but since it's not at the same level as the front lines it'd still be slightly blurred. It almost looks sharpened to me.

Weird haha, I actually had 2 blur filters on it. Added 3 more though, should look better now. Maybe it just looks weird on my laptop, iunno.
