Need a banner for my Battlefield Bad Company 2 Server maintained by Metal Militia Clan.

Here are the requirements:

The banner needs to be:

512x64 pixels
filesize smaller than 127kb
jpg or png format

My thinking having this artwork on the left of the banner:



Then at the right side of the logo mentioned above, this artwork:



note: On the star right below the skull, is it possible to make the three letters clan tag MMC .

The middle section of the banner, I would like something like this:



But instead of Mulisha, I would like Militia.

The quote that I would like under the clan name would be: "We are as one as well are all the same "

The right section of the banner I just would like to have the same artwork as the left side:



The background I would like it to be almost the same background as this banner: (Like an army looking background)



If you can come up with a better graphics for our server logo It would be great!

We pay monthly for this server to be up and running with full capacity. The server is pretty much full everyday, so everyone that logs in, will see your creation.
As soon as you log in to the server, the banner shows up.

Let me know if I'm asking for too much.
