[Rate] Signature, Position of Power

Hello Mmowned GFX, im looking for some constructive critisim on this here work. i have been working on it off and on for about a week now; still managing to find errors till about now.

Let me know what you think:


Usually I'm not a huge fan of working on arts w/ b&w but i felt it was ok for this one.

In my opinion, the focal is a bit too subtle. Coupled with the relatively sharp and visible lines around her, the black hair and the strong lightning at the bottom, you hardly notice her. I really like the c4d's - I guess they are - that you have used, looks snazzy.

I have some troubles reading the subtext though - had I not known the name from the topic I would've guessed it said "potion of power". Which, wouldn't be too bad but not entirely correct. The effects of the text are awesome but a bit more visibility would be cool.

Black & white works really well in this case. I agree, overusing or using it on the wrong images can be a mistake in most cases, but you nailed it. Good job.

Thanks and i couldn't agree more with you about the subtext visability, my thought process was: if you want to know what it is, sit there and try to read it. But yeah haha, next time i will make sure everything is a tad more clear.
