Nice of you to hold a contest like that i must say. Altho i can't but to notice that 1 month hosting as a prize is a little small, not because the contest involves allot of work, but for the fact that if someone is to start 1 month hosting, and host something like website of hes, it will be more of a hassle to transfer it later to a different host, or obliged to stay with mac hosting.
Or does it involve free setup and everything at the start + 1 month, and than if you stay just monthly fee?

Yes, its free. if they chose to stay at the end of the first month thats up to them.
