That last one looks very good, i even like it, you fixed the things that i didnt like, and it ended up quite ok.
As someone mentioned red is not the one id go with, but thats the matter of preferance. Looks good!

Make the colors more bright IMO

Definitely an improvement though it's still quite dull and boring. The main reason that it looks bad however is that it's sloppy. Boxes are not aligned, text is not aligned either. Let me show you what I mean:

Ignore the dots obviously. My point is that you want to have the elements aligned for a much more user-friendly and "professional" website. Now, compare the previous to this:

Which one is easier to read and understand? Keep it simple, not chaotic.

Same goes for the news, the text isn't centered within its boundaries, i.e the news box 1 or news box 2 respectively. You have a much bigger distance between the borders on the right and the text than on the left which is quite bad.

Furthermore, most modern websites stick to two or maybe three colors that matches. Here you've just put together a few colors that don't really match (also a random yellow outer glow on the login box). Red and blue are both very strong and dark colors and to have the main content of the site in these colors really bothers the viewer. I believe you should switch around the red to a more green/blue type of color that matches much more beautifully and read up a little bit of color theory Also, you really need to improve the banner as right now the bright and heavily saturated Kael'thas takes up most of the attention and you easily miss the tiny and dark header. You want the viewer to remember that neat banner at the top of your site which is what you first look at, not the blood elf blocking it. If you'd change the colors to green/blue, increased the size you'd get a lot more attention to it I reckon.

Finally the strokes are a bit bothersome, either reduce their opacity or change their thickness in my opinion.

So to recap, work with the colors, align the elements and tweak other minor things and we have a winner. Glad to see you're getting there, keep it up!

Things are much better now though I still suggest that you change the red to the cyan/green color. The header and logo are much better now.
