Second attempt, tried to use the advice from my previous thread.
Rendered manually, made the weapon glow and darkened most of the image to use the blade as a light source.

The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.

I think its well lighted, i also thing that if you tossed a c4d in the background and blended it well this could work a lot better.
Practice using c4d's its worth it.
This is a lot, lot better seems like you really listen to our advice. Although I think the text could be placed of the blade and make it go in the same direction, so it looks as though it's sitting on the blade, and the render is a bit to sharpened in my opinion. But like I said, this is way better that your first.
I agree with Dobbs, but its good :]
It's not bad.
Just boring and uninteresting.
Editable signature, at last!
Don't let him ^ put you down. It's great improvement as i said before.
Your rendering skills are really good. As for your signature I am going to agree with BrightChild. Try playing around with C4D's or even Fractal Renders to spice it up a little. Keep going!
Death to all but Metal.
I like it as a picture, but it lacks something that i cant think of, for a sig. ;p
Like the looks tho.
I didn't 'Solely' compliment his work, if you read my original post you would see that I gave him some Constructive Criticism. Also in another thread there was an argument because SheEpy Was doing what your doing now, and your knocking peoples' confidence.
Depth isn't the greatest, I would blur the render a little bit personally.
