I really like the smudging and the lines in this sig, nice flow. The cut-off fingers and the text kind of bother me.
It would be better if there was something in the foreground to make the signature more interesting. You can also create depth if you darken the corners and bottom more.

Pretty nice flow you got going there but in my opinion this is far from your best,
the font doesn't really fit and tilted text almost never looks good, the red glow on his hands are too saturated.
It looks kind of flat, but otherwise it looks pretty nice and it got some potential with some minor fixes.

the 'gaara' text is terrible. if anything it should be tilted to match the angle of the background, and a bit messier typeface.

also, the background could use a bit more variation of tone to add a sense of depth and contribute to the sense of movement.

also, i didnt say there wasnt any movement. i just said that a variation of tone could positively contribute to the sense of movement already present.
