hes copyrighting a name, not a piece of work. And, you should ask permission to use someone elses work first, whether it is copyrighted or not.

im not condoning him. He may have gotten permission to use the work. And the copyright that is slapped on there is for his Design company. It is similar to an advertisement. Companies will pay to use artwork but still reserve the right to copyright or trademark their name.

EDIT: But idk, my first view was, i know this kid didnt make the image due to the lack of text skills, but i seem to see what you guys see now, that he was trying to brand it as his own.

dude you ****ing claimed ARTWORK not written text, if you went to fracken EA with a gam comprised of assets from oblivion YOU will be freaking sued (and has been done) if you plagiarize it is a slap but dude you stole copyrighted property that is beyond a damn guide or essay. This is the GFX section, not emulation or guides, not even hacks. There is a higher standard about work, and even then claiming it as your work and your shitty rebuttals are digging the hole deeper.

You don't go around stealing peoples artwork. Go steal reflections wallpaper and throw (C) Anthrax on it whilst claiming it as yours and you MADE it, and see how much flak you would get or any other entry.

I think you need to calm down just a little bit. I didnt know that im not aloud to take images off google...i'll never do it again lol I was just trying to make mmowned something cool and please you guys are doing something much worse and intentional with this site.
