they are vector, as they were used in the wallpaper that gets disqualified because people wouldn't use it as their wallpaper but others might and do. oh yes did i mention 35 hours of wasted time indeed i may have forgotten hand drawn time to be swept under the rug.

at any rate, psd is worth it. Especially since few people have it in the first place.
