[Request] Signature

Hey, everyone! I was hoping someone could possibly make me a signature about the size of Hap-Ki-Do's:



However, I'd like it to be a little longer. (I like the round edges and border.)

I'd like it to incorporate the top half of this image (with his face):



And I'd just like to have "Tatortotts" written on it somewhere. (Make sure to capitalize the T hehe )

I really don't care about the background. Some cool effects would be nice, but it really doesn't matter.
