The picture itself is a shop. The body isn't Megan Fox, but the face is. I have the original version, and the Megan Fox one. They just shopped her face and hair onto the body.

Well, for starters, if you were following a tutorial for any piece it'd good if you posted the link to that tutorial.

Now. The edges of the render is clearly visible which messes some stuff up, you should blend it a bit more. Also, I can see where your star stock ends on some parts. The text is a bit.. basic, try to work on it more.

The blurriness is just annoying rather than nice. Tune it down or remove it entirely.

Rest is decent, but as I said, posting source is always nice.
