[request] desperately need ideas very quick!

So my sister is turning 20 tommorow and for some stupid reason i thought it wasn't until tuesday. All the shops are now closed so I have to do something at home. I figured seeing as im okay with graphics and following tutorials I should do something in Photoshop.
I really need ideas as it's tommorow so please throw all your suggestions at me!

i made like this extended foldy card thing with various pictures of her doing stuff, very happy with it cos i found out we had photo paper xD What's even better was mum had bought some earrings for her as well as her present and said I could use them.
