Looks like paint

Tutorial to make sig like that.
Open paint.
Fill with blue color.
Put in render.
Put in the same C4D render 2 times.
And airbrush with pink all over.
Overall it sucks.

That's the problem.
People who don't work with graphics have no idea how good or bad stuff is.
If I ask one of my friends if my sigs are good or bad, they would always answer it was awesome.
But if I asked on of my graphical friends, it was good or okay, and they tell what it needs to get better.
So will i.

Add a light source.
Create flow.
Add more effects.
Don't resize your C4D's that small, they should actually fill the entire signature imo. Just set them to Lighten or Soft Light.
BTW, it's not a good idea to add that pink color all over, looks stupid.
Use some gradient maps.
And try to make the colors match.
