[Request] Tiny Emerald Whelpling

Hey, I'm after a 'render' (I think that's the right term, correct me if I'm wrong) of a Tiny Emerald Whelping. The picture should contain just the Whelp and the rest of the picture (the background) should just be transparent (not white, not black, transparent, so use a format that supports this).

If you could get it in vector format that would be ****ing awesome. If not then I'll settle for just as large as possible but without making it larger than the source size (and hence killing the native quality).
