[Request] Set Icon

I need a small black and white (2 bit color depth) icon made for my MTG set I am working on. The set is called Origins and it is basically an introduction to a new plane of existence in the world of Magic The Gathering.

The image needs to fit into a 100x100 image so it is kind of small and preferably a vector piece so it can be scaled for other things such as binder art and so forth without distorting. I would like the PSD PMed to me after I pick the icon.
