I don't personally like how its just all splat on there, IMO, the vocal point isn't that great of a spot ( his hands ). Maybe try and make it his guitar next time.

seek out some tutorials which have some smudge setting in it, and you'll be good to go

You seem to be a newcomer. So I cant rate with a */10 system, would be unfair.

But like Mirror already said, the focalpoints are the hands and they're not pretty nice. Maybe make them a bit darker, a new layer then Image -> Apply Image Then Filter -> Blur -> Blur then another Layer, Image -> Apply Image and then sharpen two times. (Or one time, what you like best) then erase the Parts around the guitar and the face of that guy, that may look good
