Why you shouldnt let the community vote:

They don't know whats good for mmowned.
They go for the looks, not for efficiency of a header.
They only look at a picture and think "alright that looks best, ill choose that one"
They don't think about the header in the context of the design.
Pandas are unfair.


Things that speak against my argument:

Ive spent alot of time dealing with design, so im prejudiced towards professional designs.
I always talk alot of crap




My opinion
#1 Best one, simple but effective

#2 wtf. Im amazed this header was even considered by KuR, its an assassins creed render, not related to any MMO. Also the blue is too dark, and the font too grungy to fit into the new design.

#3 Same here but i like the style better

#4 I like this header it looks good, but im not fully convinced if it will fit into the design. Also, the horde logo bothers me.

#6 Doesn't look "professional" enough to me

#8 Thats a awesome banner I dont like the yellow outline and the render, but still i think thats the 2nd best one

#9 I hate this one. Because of the Panda. Nothing against the header itself, it looks great, but the Panda has nothing to do with MMowned or any MMO, its not as bad as the Altair render but still.

#10 I don't like the dark parts to the right, it looks ..dirty

I left my headers out.. #5, #7 but feel free to flame them, too

Your image contained wow renders and they apperently werent allowed because MMowned had some copyright troubles with Blizzard in the past.

And yes, i know it wasnt specified in the rules.

Narudan, I thought yours was VERY nice, I didn't vote though I was a lurker. But I think the Panda offers a fresh new image to associate MMOwned with and is why a lot of people chose it. At least that is why I like the Panda one.

uhh narudan ket keeps saying its a logo, not a header. only way you can really use the panda is if dombo made it himself (just to prevent legal issues somehow.. dont mind me i dont know what im talking about).

I'm rather frustrated that no where was it stated to NOT use WoW art... you say "rogue" i think ok... WoW Rogues look pretty badass...

Had I known this, none of my entries would have had WoW art... *grumbles*

Also if this is about copyright issues, is the panda original art by the submitter or was it created by someone else? I mean if it comes down to a copyright issue, then any entry using game art is null and void. Some sort of clarification would be nice on this particular topic.

For me it was between #1 and #5. Voted 5 :P I have a feeling the only reason the other was is the header is because of the panda in it.
