Smashing Magazine
If you haven't heard about it, then you should definitely check it out. Updated daily, with often more than one post a day. Posts about anything related to design.

Noupe
Only updated every few days, but the Design News column has links to articles all over the web that relate to design. Multiple articles added daily.


Stocks

Links to fifty different sites, you should be able to find something here.

Photo Laboratory
Some awesome stocks, if you can find what you want. Only seems to have stocks of a few things, but are really nice.

100 textures
100 free textures over at Smashing Magazine.

Zen Textures
Hundreds of free textures, for personal or commercial use.

A collection of sites that offer free textures.

Fonts

75+ Free Fonts
50 Incredible Fonts
Both are lists of free, awesome fonts.

Dafont
Site containing thousands of fonts for you to download and use.

Color Palettes

Colour Lovers
Kuler
Both have about the same functionality - Find and download color palettes to use with your designs.


Brushes

Brush Eezy
Many brushes to download and use.

And, of course, DeviantArt is great for everything.

Hah, I've heard of it and used a couple of fonts from there but wasn't in my bookmarks, and didn't remember it. If anyone else has a good site that they wish others to see, then post here and I'll add it. (Added Dafont, btw.)
