The flames by the bottom of his feet look a bit fake.
The rings around his staff, IMO would look better if a bit lighter by which it gets lighter by the top to the lower.

It looks cool,but I don't especially like the rings around the staff...Maybe the could blend in a little more,I feel like they don't blend in with the rest of the picture...
