Yes either deviantART: where ART meets application! or use Google and search photoshop cs3 tutorial you'll find some good guides.

Eh, you need less high, and more width. The signature itself has a good concept, but the font could be a little cooler, and you could render the character/flame better. Thats my ten cents.

Maybe 400 x 115 or 450 x 115, but that also works. Just look at other people's sigs and you can think of the size.

I think 150 is the highest sig size you can have on mmowned and about 1000 px (idk)

I used to make sigs 350-150 now its 400*130

I make 400x125 thats the usual on most forums.
