EternalBlood, since Meow isn't online can I ask you something regarding the sig:P, I can't find the smudge tool, I tried Smudge Stick; but there's no diameter or strength (things I can modify....?:S) Could you tell me how to fix this problem

I used Photoshop CS3. It was a long time ago since I used PS7, and I can't remember what's available and what's not.

If you have the smudge tool, you should be able to get it by pressing "R" on your keyboard.
