the people who are posting things here don't even understand the process of making a sig... he's not drawing the weapons and things. he's finding a picture of one (also called render) and does prnt scrn + paste. then he edits it a little and he gives you the picture.

You don't use photoshop to "draw" the stuff (although you could), it is used to make the signature. It can be used to make very well quality images (since it is an image editor) and the sigs made with this can easily be told apart from ones using GIMP and MSPaint.

You said hes not using it for that which hes not. You also gave bad directions for what you do to make a sig, most you don't edit a little bit but a whole lot. Also, the PRT SCRN key is a horrible way to get your renders for your sig, if you have to use it save it in paint as a PNG and then use it, much better quality.
