wicked job on the colour replacement works nicely, it half does/doesn't look realistic. because people dont have that colour eye normally but then the edit looks so real its believable. i think your retouching is perhaps slightly overdone but it depends on the look your going for, its quite a "commercial" look i feel, more the glamour model type of photo edit, would be nice if you kept some slight skin curves (e.g. to the left of the lip) just to give a bit more a realistic feel, also the edge of the far left of her lip just seems to disappear, it doesnt really finish it just fades into the rest of her face. (but tbh thats just been picky trying to find something to imrpove on)
i can see your improvement form previously and its nice to see, keep it up
