C4d's are not meant to primarily stand out in any signature or GFX, they usually are used as back ups, to the render and the background to create more "Noise" in the picture. If you do want to use c4d's primarily then you need to use mutiple ones such as piersd's style . Good try, but they stand out too much and a bit more could be done with each. (The first one is good, with the green and all that.)

I was trying to be nice here. I read it man lol. Alright if you need specifics then...hmm. Try using displacement filters, or distortions, with much erasing. Also play with gradient maps with different sets such as overlay ect. Or try adding light sources, theres millions of options!

I think you should download Photoshop, because what ive seen so far of Gimp signatures isnt far as good as some Photoshopped ones

    Why can't you use PS?^^

The 2. sig looks quite nice, but the colors don't match and in the second one
the c4d shouldnt overlay the render

waspp why cant you use ps? you personally dont want to, or you computer cant handle it? i can hook you up with a cd key if you want.
regarding the sigs im no c4d expert so this is mereley from an artisitc point of view. sig 1 i think you need to stick the render on the top layer, just so the c4d doesnt go through the render.
your new attempts with the new colour maps on the second sig look very nice. i think the render doesnt help the sig though. try making the light rings behind the render softer though so they are less obvious. but other than the improvements i told you of in pm i cant say much else you can do. sig 1 just isnt as good because of the single colours, like in sig 2 where youve used multiple variations of a colour it helps with the depth you need to do this on v1.

perhaps lower the scan lines opacity slightly just so its not as obvious, and try adding a bit more light on the render like in v2 of sig 2. just keep practising your improving

On the ps topic. It all gose fne untill i shall finaly open the downloaded product.
I get this error message. ''Could not start becouse The File could not be found'' or something like that. and i meen...the file...they couldnt be a little more accurat could they? lol. And then i started with gimp. and what i've seen its so hard learning ps :/ then its back to square 2.

On the sigs. Thanks for the tips ^^ i'll take that to my advantage on my next sig
(btw on the edits i did with the pastel rainbow maps, i did make the scan-lince more hard to see. smootherd it out and eresed it with a smooth brush.
