I looked at the file...looks like a premade border taken from an official wow template, I mean you could possibly make that on PS, but it would take alot of work, which was not shown on the psd. Forgive me if I'm wrong Just to clear that up for ya.

ahh the borders i took print screens when i was on the official wow site and cut them down to fit in the banner but i thought i would keep the pic already in it =P since having a normal border wouldn't look so great and plus when you try save a pic from the wow site it just saves it as pixel and its just a blank white dot lol anyway its just 2 images duplicated then emerged there ya go
