When i use the signature there's the light blue colours around it.

Actually, there was like more than 25 minutes between them, but anyways thats besides the point. So, is C4d's something thats simple to explain or hard?

c4d's are basically additions to the signature, that are abstract or have some geometric shape. Usually spiky, or smooth these add a new level of noise in the artwork. Heres an example:
