[Question] Where do I put downloaded brushes?

Ok, so I've just begun working with GIMP, and I downloaded a load of cool looking brushes.... now, all I need to know is...

WHAT DO I DO WITH THEM NOW?!

Hey mate try this!:

go into this computer/c:/program (files)/gimp/share/gimp/2.0/Brushes

Just drag the unzipped files in there and restart gimp (if you have it on during the operation)

now they should be in youre brsh section in gimp! If it dosnt work plz ask more ^^ :wave:

One more question? What do I do with fonts? I guess you drag the unzipped .ttf files into something like C:\Program Files\Gimp\Fonts ?

Thats one option. but if you want to use the fonts to all programs on youre computer, like word, photoshop etc you want to put it in This computer/c:/WINDOWS/fonts (lots of stuff here but if you rightklick and take sortas:/type you just have to browser around the folders. and if you want lots of cool fonts look here dafont.com
