how do medics hide their padders?

, it seems that since release there is a bug where certain things can happen that will either

1:turn your medic weapon into garever gathering tool you are using
2: make a pair of padders stay on your back and the VFX of the powers launch from them

3: your padders go simply invisible

there are some SS of it happening on the topic

is just a minor bug, but i was wondering if anyone knows exactly how to trigger them? im specially interested in the invisible padders one (a ss of it happening can be seen on the 4th post in that link). want to see my chua medic shooting out beams from his bare paws
