Hey, I just got an idea. You should do something like when bot starts following someone in BG, it creates a "temporary" spots profile that he can reverse to go back to the normal one, once fight is over. What do you think ?![]()
Hackhac, contributor && donator.
I would like to Grind herbs with it, is this possible?
Are people finding the bot effective for PVE yet? I tried one of the early betas (around 1.0.3) and had a lot of trouble. Not really interested in PVP as I feel getting stuck on walls is pretty risky and an obvious giveaway.
How is this for Warriors
That is not a good solution. Why? Because what if your character falls down? The character will try to go into the air.
I have a much better solution. It will search the nearest spot after a fight and use it. So if your profile covers mostly the whole map, the bot will find ALWAYS a way to go.
Personally, I'm using this to grind PVE over night. It works just fine, if you have the right skill set (i'm engi, so I am more tanky then others) Also make sure healing is turned on. It likes to rest to 90% hp before moving again.
Ideas:
1: Allow for "Toggle healing points" and have a new section for healing spots, so after a fight the character will move to the closest healing path set up and wait to be healed to full. (i don't use food, just the auto regen), I would need at least 5-10 healing way points to set them up effectively.
2: Allow for a priority system, so it will use specific moves 1st, after their cd is up, they will have priority. A priority scale of 0-10 would be perfect, 0 meaning use asap, 1 use after 0 if available, 2..ect... 10, use if 0-9 are on CD or no skill selected for that priority. (basic attacks would have low priority and are used if all other priority moves before them are still on cd) (mmoviper does this in their bots and it's wonderful!)
3: Allow for a "rest till hp %" instead of just a "rest if hp % is under", So I can set it to 70%~ ish, and the bot will rest until hp is 70%(or whatever is chosen), then start moving again. It appears to be set at 90% right now and I'm not sure how to change it.
That's all I've come up with for now. I've not been able to get my gadget to work, tried hot keying it under Key using, but isn't working, so add 9 to the skills section for gadget would be wonderful.
EDIT: Oh ya, save paths. Currently, my spots aren't saving. Having an ability to save/label paths for future use. (if they can be saved, something to make it more user friendly then because I cannot find it.)

Think we need a fix after the patch, it does not find characters anymore to link the bot to.
Sadly, I cannot reveal where I grind, but I found my spot by looking for an area, out of the way of other players where I never had to go to quest. Where the mobs are Level 50 and there are no "strong" mobs, they all have around 20-35k hp, basic mobs. I set it to grind and as long as the servers don't go down at 12:30PST then I make about a plat over night. It's not much, but because it's Lv50 mobs, there's some good amps that can drop, as well as gear that can salvage well.
If you want constant updates and information you should refer to our site, we keep it updated at all times.
Thanks for giving us this nice bot.and one question do you just send the keys in the game window? Or do you manipulate some Variables? Or like Honorbuddy does send messages in the chat that command the char?
