updated spacebot + crewbot

Heya, is there a tolerance setting for the spacebot, because occasionally it gets stuck on the mission complete screen, and it can't see the Accept button?

have you tried making your own accept image?

First off, I can't thank you enough for providing this program to us. It runs great and I find myself more interested in botting sometimes than I do actually playing.

My question however is this: On the space bot tab you can set the number of wins before the program takes a break. This is great, but I noticed that it does not take a break at intervals of that number, only one break at that number. Example - I set the number of wins before taking a break to 10. At 10 wins it does in fact close down the game then open back up after the allotted break time, just as it is supposed to. But then, after 10 more wins (20 total) it does not close down again for another break.

I personally would love it if this sort of functionality could be incorporated. I recently had an account banned and am starting over from scratch. I can't bring myself to do the grind again and if I could set this thing up to take multiple breaks I'd really feel much safer.

This sort of thing is not an issue for those just botting for dailies, but the folks botting to level; trying to hit 50 as soon as possible and running the same mission over and over again, it would be priceless.

I just figured it out though. What I did wrong was stop the bot and then change the number of wins before taking a break. Doing that did not reset the wins/losses area, which I'm guessing is what triggers the break.

Just opened it up fresh and tested it with one win/ one minute break. Worked just fine, taking multiple breaks.

I have 2 problems
1) Passwords including letters like Z are problematic since these are commands shortcuts. The bot should use the clipboard instead of typing the password.
2) The new version looks for the shortcut on the desktop however it can't find it though it's here. Did my own screenshot just to be sure and it still does not find the launcher icon on my desktop.

edit: solved all my issues by myself by updating with latest version and doing my own screenshot of icon.jpg. Thanks!

I just downloaded this and started using it....works FANTASTICALLY! I had a couple newb issues that were my own fault, but I finally got it to run 20 missions straight, 100% success.

I am on call right now, but when I get home I will donate.....this is excellent work, well worth $$.

I do have an issue with the game finding my launcher on the desktop. I didn't have an icon originally, so I did a shortcut named "launcher". That didn't work, so I redid the jpg with my own screencap, still didn't work, so i replaced it with the original. Used Aero theme, still didn't work. Tried renaming the shortcut, still doesnt work. Tried all 3 in different combos, still didn't work....each time it says

"Launcher on desktop cannot be found, stopping bot".

I attached a pic of my desktop just in case there's something obvious that I'm not doing right.

The bot itself functions flawlessly though...it's hypnotizing to watch it work.

i'm not really sure, the launcher on the desktop should actually point to the game, and not be a "copy" pointing to something else

if that confuses you, ignore it

if the only message you keep seeing is "launcher on desktop could not be found", then it means it's not finding the image,

did you see the original icon? it's only a small portion of your actual icon, all i can suggest at this point is to try different crop locations of the image (don't confuse this with placing your icon in different locations)

i'll think about it, i don't want people to end up screwing themselves by randomly changing this and forgetting about it, for now i added a small random variance in each tolerance level, it might help a bit, 3.67 is pretty flawless so far for me and a few others


worst come to worst, i can make a special .exe for your case, but i need to know when exactly you're having problems

Bot is great. Got a hard mode mission automated today. I am having issues running it in a vm though. I am using windows 7 32 bit and have had previous success running 4 vms with macrogoblin and swtor prior to this. So, I figure something with my setup is not meshing with autoit. If anyone else has had this issue and solved it, any help is much appreciated and I will share my recorded hm mission with you as compensation.

I'm getting stuck on "Waiting for loading to finish (make sure you are using the DEFAULT interface)" every time, even though I already logged in and facing the galaxy map. I have a feeling it's one of the image cutouts, but I'm not sure which one the script is looking for when checking for to see whether the game is finished logging in (is it the minimap or loadingin icon?)

Also, what does auto-missile do? I tried it out (with already logged in mode on one of my characters) and it doesn't seem to add any functionality. When I recorded one of my missions, the playback didn't use any missiles, is this due to having auto-missiles off?
