I have not had much issues aside from a little fine tuning with Untz I have 3 level 50's, plenty of credits, and all my crafting maxxed thanks to the bot. I have only used the Imperial side and 2 ship types Fury and DS-Mantis.so I cant comment on others. Have a good gpu and plenty of ram for this to run without flaw as lag can ruin even the best recording. I make a fresh recording everytime I plan to leave it running, every so often I delete the mission text file from the scripts folder and record a fresh one. Always make sure you have the best spaceship mods they pay for themselves as soon as you can upgrade. I make sure I use all my missiles on primary objectives and plan to have none left by the end of the mission. I still use timer sync as I am to lazy to set up event sync when timer sync works well =) Crew bot in 4.1 is excellent takes a little babysitting at first but more than often gets the job done, a few more tweaks to that and it will be awesome. Is anyone having problems this morning after the patch? The bot has ran fine for me for several weeks on Imperial44clouds, but this morning when I start it, it starts shooting right away and never waits on the blue engine.

Any ideas?

mine stopped working on event sync today as well so i switched over to timer sync which is working fine.

There a bit of a bug with the crew bot i think the philz is trying to be too clever.

It seems like it select the first crew memember and if they're not availible then it doesnt go to the second. I have seen it several times where the first crew is on a mission and the others arent so it just skips over them and you miss out on 3+ missions. I'm guessing it does a pixel search to see if the crew skill mission selection window has opened before it goes to the second member. Would it not be better just to always try to send them all out on missions? It might take an extra few seconds if they're all on crew missions already, maybe a check box option to always try so the user has a choice?

this isnt what i had planned for the next release, but it at least fixes up the crewbot (mostly)

multiple missions/crewbot sniping is still in the works but is taking longer than i thought it would (apparently transparency is eviler than i expected, and also the 'universal start delay' is causing grief)

ok had no problems with up until i donate now event sync doesn seem to work anymore and it seems to always be off on timer sync ... maybe this is why the free version starts at lvl 40 becuase it doesnt work anymore?

is there any reason why the wasd key strokes arent registered?

it would make dodging asteroids a million times easier!

I've successfully recorded 44+ missions with no problems, hundreds of successes. Is it recognizing the start, or is it just exiting? If you're a slow loader, it may load beyond the image sync. If that's the case, you will need to make a new image sync file. This takes only a few minutes and the video tutorial is located in the first post. This suddenly happened to me out of nowhere, I don't know why. Maybe my computer is failing, but Star Wars greatly reduced in performance suddenly, sometime during the night. Then again, my laptop is having other problems as well.

Thephilz, good job on the update. The crew skill works great for me now. I couldn't use it before because I load slowly (suddenly a new problem for me?). I've been leveling diplomacy dark side with it all night. Very fast clicking, much faster than any other bot.

Anybody know of a bot that can recover from a client crash or disconnect? This has been happening to me lately, it's annoying.

Is there a way to record the auto fire/ auto roll toggle? I'd like to be able to stop auto fire mid fight to regen my shield.

even though there are already profiles created, we have to custom create them or should be able to run what already comes with the bot?

When I try to run a couple, it shows as searching for a particular event or object on screen but doesn't actually search for it, i.e. on Hydian, "looking for left side of sun" doesn't actually detect it.

I know I am missing something but not sure what.

I have a bunch of scripts that i found that work for me and havent changed them but u may have to tweak em a lil bit as in delay time or event pics.

you will need to re-create the sync file for missions where it hits 30000 - your computer does not recognize the included image. see video #3 for details (also, minefield missions are not efficient in terms of leveling)

the ones included in 4.1x are full scripts - if they work on your computer
they are also the exact same scripts i use to get 12-50 on both imperial and republic and work on both of my home computers

WASD are very iffy to record and also cause a lot of lag to the system in terms of processing
i had successfully implemented them once, but it caused the bot to go from 13 moves per second to about 7 per second, which is really not a good idea
with that said, its possible to get to 50 without WASD recording if you follow the path in the .txt file included
