Any program like PQR for Rift?

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any programs similar to PQR for Rift? Something that can for check buffs/debuffs on you and your target and automatically use the best spells, automatically heal when needed, etc?

I don't need a bot because I don't AFK, but I want something to handle the combat so I can drag around a couple of extra characters on /follow with me.

Google NB4R - I have tried it, but I find it laggy :/ Hasn't been updated in a loooong time.
